Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with My Bath Bar! We take great care in creating toxin-free, plant-based bath and skincare products that nourish your body and mind. Because our items are handcrafted and designed for personal use, we maintain specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure safety, fairness, and product integrity.


1. Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
However, we want you to love your experience with My Bath Bar. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us at hello@mybathbarstore.com with your order number and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or issue a replacement as appropriate.


2. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier tracking).

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads or e-gift certificates

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your refund or replacement has been processed.


4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet shipped.
Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.


5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
