Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at hello@mybathbarstore.com or text (404) 941-0133.
We can update your address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once it's shipped we're unable to redirect it.

My order hasn't arrived β€” what do I do?

First check your tracking link from your dispatch email.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your building's mailroom.
Still stuck? Contact us and we'll investigate with USPS on your behalf.

My order arrived damaged β€” what happens?

We're so sorry. Please photograph the damaged items and packaging then email us at hello@mybathbarstore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll arrange a replacement.

Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

We don't currently offer expedited shipping at checkout.
If you have an urgent order for a specific date β€” like a gift β€” please contact us directly and we'll do our best to help.

Can I mix products to reach the free shipping threshold?

Yes β€” absolutely.
Any combination of products from any of our four categories
(Cleanse, Nourish, Indulge, Cultivate)
These all count towards your $50 free shipping threshold.

What if I need to return my order?

Because of the type of products we offer. We do not offer returns.
Depending on the conditions of the product upon delivery, we may offer an exchange.
We want every customer to leave the sanctuary happy.
