2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Products & descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including ingredients, scent profiles, and intended use. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colors will exactly match the physical product.
All of our bath and body products are handcrafted in small batches using plant-based ingredients. Natural products may have slight variations in color, texture, or scent from batch to batch — this is a feature of small-batch craftsmanship, not a defect.
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, particularly for limited seasonal releases.
4. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful submission — this is not an acceptance of your order, but an acknowledgment that we received it.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any payment methods made available at checkout. All payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processors — we do not store your card details.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on your shipping address.
5. Shipping & delivery
We ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Shipping timeframes vary by carrier and destination and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
6. Returns & refunds
Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Digital products
We offer downloadable digital products, including our free guide What They Didn’t Tell You About Your Skin. Digital products are delivered via email link upon opt-in or purchase.
All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share digital downloads without our express written permission.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.
8. Wholesale & bulk orders
We offer wholesale purchasing for qualified businesses, including hair braiders and other licensed professionals. Wholesale relationships are subject to a separate wholesale agreement and approval by My Bath Bar LLC.
Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms are established on a per-relationship basis. We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale relationships at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property
All content on mybathbarstore.com — including but not limited to product formulas, brand copy, images, logos, the “Step into the sanctuary” phrase, and educational content — is the intellectual property of My Bath Bar LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
